since you dont need the wand for the dmg, but for the bonus then check this.
rare Deadly Cesta 11-22dmg req. 9 deaths +5engr ^50 recharge all skills 10% if this had req. 7 it would be 100% perfect... so I guess its only 97% Im getting it PC'ed here: http://guildwarsguru.com/forum/showthread.php?t=94964 |

55hp is much more effective using a sword with +20% enchant pommel. You get longer enchants for SoJ and Bonettis charges quicker when you belt stuff.
